An Italian developer has just released a new tweak in Cydia called undeletable Apps. Its purpose is to prevent applications on your iPhone can be erased accidentally.
Undeletable Apps will not install any new icon and will not have parameters to be adjusted through the Settings. Will be activated immediately after you finish installing from Cydia and will remove the "X" to remove the applications from our iPhone.
Note: The tweak is not compatible with applications installed from Cydia and Cydelete. You can download undeletable Apps from Cydia through the BigBoss repo.
